U.S.A Elections

In class we are learning about the U.S.A elections so found out some facts about Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. ENJOY!

Camp!

One warm early thursday morning Larry was brushing her hair when the girl squad walked in. Tia the leader and her Ias Mia Gia Lea and Sia they all were screaming and crying “what's wrong” asked Larry

“We lost our lipsticks they have been taken” they replied all at the same time

They went to go have breakfast but what's this the lunch lady's hairnet was off  which was disgusting. She was all dressed up and was wearing lipstick not just any lipstick, It was Tia Mia Gia Lea and Sias lipsticks larry realised that something was wrong because the lunch lady no offence was a dirty old disgusting warty old witch who didn't care about anything.

Larry walked up to her slowly mystery mean  for me please Larry said in a cheerful voice me no I didn't because you um I love no one gertrude said that was the lunch lady's name she plopped the meat on Larry's plate the janitor Elvis Fresley was in line behind Larry but he was the complete twin of Gertrude when he ordered Gertrude fainted.

2 days later they couldn't handle this weird behavior so they questioned  Gertrude they found out that Gertrude was in love with Elvis Fresley the janitor when we told Elvis said eww ran around the camp 2 times drank three gallons of soda and yelled I QUIT! And that was that for him now gertrude lives with many many cats she eats old cheese sculptures of elvis Fresley waiting for him to finally love her witch won't happen the girl squad are in hospital because of the surprise meat they ate and larry well gertrude is looking for larry because she wants revenge so larry living amongst cows in disguise until she can come out of hiding

         Today in class Mrs P Taught  us how to use QR codes what i found out is that QR codes are very similar to hyperlinks you can download an app called QR code scanner you scan the code and it will take you to the website.

The Zika Virus and Bird Flu

In reading Me Cooper and Rebecca worked together to learn about the zika virus and the bird flu we made taguls and we are starting to make a poster enjoy.

In class we are making a Class cookbook with our favorite recipies Mine is a Chocolate Banana smoothie.

Cooking in Room 4

, In Room 4 we did some cooking. My reading group octopus made pinwheel scones, they were delicious and cheap to make. Other groups made kumara chips,potato chips and banana loaf they all turned out wonderful and we had a fun time.

Three Way Conferences

In class we made a google slide to show our term 2 goals and highlights of the year so far. Then we decorated it and added our favorite picture. we turned it into our 3 way conference slide show and showed our parents enjoy!.

In my Reading Group we learnt about chocolate we learnt some facts so we put in on a slide to go along with the learn, create, share, we are making about chocolate.

Manawatu slip

in Reading we read about the manawatu slip and we made a presentation to a learn create share and this is what it looks like

If i were a soldier

In Room 4 we looked at the model if I were a storm.We made our own copy if I were a soldier. We followed the model and worked collaboratively in our groups of 3-5 to complete our writing we put them all together in a slide

Time managament checklist

In class we have been learning how to manage out time.We came up with some key points of a checklist i hope it helps you manage your time.

In class we made a slide to show our parents games that you can play that will increase your maths and reading skills. I chose sumdog
